Delete your data
You can permanently delete your Postxport account and everything tied to it. Here is how, and a form to request it if you cannot sign in.

What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes, from the live system: your profile and login, your workspace and project memberships, your chat messages and comments, and the videos and files you own. Projects you own are removed along with their content.
Some records are retained only as long as legally necessary or for abuse prevention (for example, rotated server logs), and encrypted server snapshots age out within 30 days. Content in workspaces owned by someone else stays with that workspace, so ask its owner to remove anything specific.
Cannot sign in? Request deletion
If you no longer have access to your account (or were only ever invited to a project as a client or guest), send us a deletion request with the email address you used. We verify the request before acting on it and will confirm by email.
